Well ...

I´m going to try to devote myself to some other things than blogging in the next few days. I´m spending far too much time at the computer.

As an example I will have to go to the library on Monday to hand in three books that are long overdue, but that I haven´t even read yet!

I plan to take one of them again, the one called "Tears of the Giraffe" by Alexander McCall Smith. I´ve made a start on it and it´s funny!

But not as yet "The Da Vinci Code" by Dan Brown, that everybody thinks so exciting and I´ve been trying to read but not gotten on with at all. I find it interesting, but somehow it has not "got to me" yet after those first few pages I´ve read. I´m going to re-take that book at a later time.
I suppose next winter, because I really want to read it. I´ve had it far too long, especially as I have not been reading it. I get a bad concience about it, because I was really lucky to get it. Usually when copies of that book come in at the library they don´t stop there at all but are lent out immediately again.

A novel called "The Silence" by Icelandic author Vigdís Grímsdóttir I will have to hand in too and take again later. It´s interesting, but I´ve only read the first chapter!

Nice selection of books - da vinci code is something just reading once. quite a predictable storyline. the only thing of interest is the totally explosive conclusioins drawn from the bible...

...try reading "pigeon" by patrick suskind. amazing book, and very short. (it has nothing to do with da vinci code, just mentioning it...)

heard quite a bit about alex mc call smith from my sis, think i should read it too...
