Usually I do´nt make New Year´s resolutions,
but this year I have made some. To live more healthily:
1. Read more books.
2. Exercize, preferably walks.
3. Draw and paint with the oils that Óskar gave me for Christmas.
4. Drink the herb-teas my son Úlfur gave me, brewed in the clay-teapot from my mom.
5. Less coffee, less sugar, less computer.
6. Meditate more, laugh more, worry less, be happy!
7. Become less a worrying workmouse, more a happy artmouse :o)
