    I don´t think so. I don´t know what form it is, I tried to find out but couldn´t.
    A haiku is supposed to be

    5 syllables
    7 syllables
    5 syllables
    = total of 17 syllables

    P.S I think this may be a "Senryu" poem. Similar to a Haiku but always about human subjects instaed of nature.
